Check-in at the boarding machine

You can use our boarding machine to check in conveniently during and outside our reception hours (3-5pm).
You can get through the entire process in just a few steps. All you need is a valid debit or credit card (Eurocash (EC), Girocard, Mastercard, Visa, V Pay, Maestro, UnionPay, Discover, JCB, Diners Club or American Express).
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm.

Check-in with existing booking

1. Select your language.
2. Select "Arrival with reservation".
3. Select "Surname".
4. Enter the surname of the person in whose name the booking is officially made (this may not be the guest's name).
5. Check the details and correct or complete them. Important: The address entered is automatically adopted as the billing address and cannot be changed later. You should therefore use the company address if you are travelling on business.
6. Sign the registration form with your finger on the display.
7. If the stay has already been paid for in advance, the payment process will be skipped. Otherwise, please follow the instructions on the card terminal for payment.
8. Select the desired number of room cards and take them from the vending machine.
9. Don't forget to take the receipt that is issued at the end.
