The new Donauwörth city hotel
Since April 2018, we have been offering our guests accommodation that can provide them with a home away from home. Our offer is reasonably priced and provides practical services and offers to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
Our first accommodation, the Boardinghouse Schellenberg, received consistently good ratings from numerous guests with an average of 8.6 points. With the Stadthotel Donauwörth, we are offering our guests an extended range of services and further improvements to surpass these positive experiences.
In a bright, modern ambience, we offer you comfortable, spacious rooms with practical extras. In addition to the kitchenette in your room, you will find a friendly all-round service and additional services such as 24-hour check-in, a bicycle room, common rooms, meeting rooms with conference/presentation facilities, a laundry room and the option of receiving your own mail at the hotel.

The situation
The accommodation is located on the edge of the Donauwörth-Riedlingen industrial area and offers travellers peace and quiet and yet a wide range of shopping facilities within walking distance. Sufficient parking spaces and a bicycle garage are available directly at the house.

The "Riedlingen Aldi" bus stop is within walking distance and connects you to the city bus line 2 and public transport. From the Donauwörth railway junction, you can reach several local and long-distance routes by train, such as the Allgäu-Franken-Express.

The term boarding house refers to an accommodation establishment that rents out rooms or flats with hotel-like services, usually in an urban environment. In German-speaking countries, the term "temporary home" is also used. At the Stadthotel Donauwörth, however, we have incorporated elements of a business hotel into the concept and offer a homemade breakfast every morning in the glazed catering area.
